AB 2395 harmful to broadband consumers

Anti-Consumer Bill AB 2395 is up for a hearing in the California Assembly Committee on Utilities and Commers, 1:30 on April 13 in Room 437.

Access Humboldt opposes AB 2395 introduced by Assembly Member Low, originally relating to "electrical restructuring" as amended, now relating to "telecommunications."
